Guardian Window Film have recently completed an Safety Window Film installation for The Chocolate Works Factory, York.
Description
We are currently working on an installation for The Chocolate Works, the former factory of Terry’s Chocolate. The Chocolate Works is being converted into a residential care home and requires a specialist job of protecting their windows against breakages and much more.
Working with local builders from Simpson York Ltd, Guardian Window Film have identified 4,730 window panes that have been individually removed and coated in a specialist polythane liquid substance that will protect each pane from breakages.
Specialist scaffolding has been erected to remove each individual window pane and it has been coated in the polythene liquid that is of EN12600 standard. The Cupola Roof has been covered in 100 micron Safety Window Film to protect the glass against breakages, reduce heat and to stop 99% of harmful UV rays penetrating the glass.
At Guardian Window Film, we take pride in being able to work with a vast range of clients, helping them to achieve what they need, and always ensure they are fully satisfied with the results.
With over 15 years of experience, supplying and installing residential and commercial window film throughout the UK, we offer an undisruptive solution that gives a second life to any building or property, ensuring the safety of your windows and those inside the building.
