Where required, we may recommend a site survey or assessment before confirming the most suitable product, specification or installation approach.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the site, building, glazing, surfaces, access, working hours, parking, restrictions, permits, health and safety requirements and any known issues that may affect the project.
If we are unable to access the site or complete work due to incorrect information, restricted access, unsafe conditions or changes outside our control, additional charges may apply.
5. Product Suitability
Window film, manifestation, graphics, vinyl wrapping and surface systems must be selected carefully based on the intended use, glass type, surface type, location, exposure, performance requirements and condition of the existing substrate.
We will provide recommendations based on the information available to us. However, final suitability may depend on survey findings, manufacturer guidance, building conditions and site-specific requirements.
We do not accept responsibility for issues caused by inaccurate project information, unsuitable existing surfaces, hidden defects, poor underlying substrate condition, structural movement or factors outside our reasonable control.
6. Installation Work
Installation dates, durations and timescales are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within agreed timescales, but delays may occur due to access issues, weather, supplier delays, material availability, site restrictions, unsafe working conditions or circumstances outside our control.
Clients must ensure that:
- Access is available at the agreed time
- Working areas are clear and safe
- Any required permissions are in place
- Relevant site contacts are available
- Parking, loading or access arrangements are confirmed
- Other trades do not prevent our work from being completed
- Power, lighting or welfare access is available where required
If installation cannot proceed due to circumstances outside our control, we may need to rearrange the work and additional charges may apply.
